Elevate Rep CRM
Pipeline and relationship software shaped around manufacturer representative work
Rep agencies keep getting handed CRMs designed for a single seller talking to a single buyer. Real rep work is one project surrounded by a factory, a dealer, a consultant, a service agency, and an end user — with quote lines that each move at their own pace. Elevate Rep CRM is being built around that shape instead of forcing it into a generic sales pipeline.
Who it's for
Manufacturer representatives and rep-agency sales teams

What it's for
- Projects that do not fit a one-contact, one-deal data model
- Quote follow-up tracked in spreadsheets because the CRM only understands a single deal value
- No clean way to represent factory, dealer, consultant, and end-user roles on the same job
- Activity logging that assumes a desk, not a rep driving between kitchens
- Factory reporting rebuilt by hand every month
What it does today
Prototype records for factories, dealers, consultants, end users, quotes, and opportunities
Relationship tracking between the parties involved in a project
Quote records that can be associated with factory, dealer, consultant, and end-user records
Activity logging for calls, visits, demonstrations, samples, emails, meetings, and notes
Prototype reporting and dashboard analytics
The workflow, step by step
Start with the project
The project — not a lone contact record — is the center of the model, with every participating company attached to it.
Register the cast
Factory, dealer, consultant, service agency, and end user each hold their own role on the project.
Track quotes at the line level
Follow-up happens on the lines that are actually open rather than on one undifferentiated deal amount.
Capture activity fast
Logging is designed for short bursts between site visits, because that is when reps actually have a free hand.
Report on what factories ask for
Reporting starts from the questions principals send every month, not from a generic sales dashboard.
Where it stands — In development
- Elevate Rep CRM is in development. There is no public release, no pricing, and no pilot group yet.
- We are validating the data model with reps before building further. If the model is wrong, everything built on it is wrong.
- It is planned as a standalone product, not a module inside a larger suite.
- Nothing on this page describes shipped functionality. It describes what is being designed and why.
