AI Elevates SMS Messaging Program Terms

These SMS Messaging Program Terms apply to the AI Elevates SMS program. They are part of these Terms of Service and are linked from our optional SMS consent form.

Program, message types, and separate marketing consent

If you opt in to AI Elevates customer-care messages, AI Elevates may send recurring automated appointment confirmations and reminders, customer-care replies, and account, order, project, or service updates. Marketing messages, including offers, event invitations, or product announcements, are sent only if you separately provide express consent to a marketing program. Customer-care or transactional consent is not marketing consent.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and account status.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. AI Elevates does not charge for messages, but your wireless carrier plan may.
Opt-Out Instructions: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any AI Elevates message to opt out, where supported. You may also contact us by email or phone. We may send one final confirmation message after an opt-out and then will stop that program's messages.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and support of standard keyword responses can vary by carrier, device, and messaging platform.

Eligibility and number authority

By opting in, you represent that you are authorized to provide the mobile number and to agree to receive messages at that number. You are responsible for notifying us if the number is reassigned or you no longer control it.
